Cancellation and refunds
← All documentsLast updated: October 25, 2026.
These rules explain how the payments you make in Gymyos renew, are cancelled and are refunded: subscriptions, Duo Mode and GymyosPass. You accept them when you pay.
1. Before you pay
The app shows you the price, the currency, what's included and how long it lasts before you pay. It also tells you how many days you have to cancel, which depend on your country.
2. How you pay
By card, at OXXO or by bank transfer, depending on what the app shows you. Payments are processed by Stripe. Gymyos doesn't store your card details: only the brand and the last 4 digits so you can recognize it.
3. Renewal
- If you save your card, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. We notify you 3 days before and charge 2 days before it ends.
- If the charge fails, we try again; after 3 failed attempts we stop and your subscription ends when the period does.
- You can turn renewal off at any time from your profile. You keep what you paid for until the period ends.
- Without a saved card there's no automatic renewal: we notify you so you can pay.
4. Cancelling within the window
- Within your country's cancellation window you can cancel your last payment from your profile. We ask for the reason and your password.
- When you cancel, the subscription from that payment ends and we refund your money.
- If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card right away; your bank may take a few days to show it.
- If you paid at OXXO or by bank transfer, the cancellation is requested, we review it and refund you. If you requested it within the window, it counts even if we review it later.
5. What isn't refunded
- What you already used: GymyosPass check-ins or credits spent.
- Payments outside the cancellation window. In that case you keep what you paid for until the period ends.
- Free days, redeemed gifts and referral rewards, which aren't payments.
6. Subscription changes
Subscriptions don't change in the middle of a period: the change starts in the next one. If you move to one with fewer features, we don't delete anything; whatever goes over the limit becomes view-only or locked until you upgrade again.
7. Price changes
If we change a subscription's price, the new price applies from the next renewal. What you already paid doesn't change.
8. Your consumer rights
These rules don't take away the rights the law of your country gives you. In Mexico you can go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco). If you have a problem with a charge, write to us first at [email protected].
