Creator program terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Gymyos for being part of the creator program. You accept them when you apply to be a creator. The Gymyos Terms and Privacy Notice also still apply to you. If you don't agree, don't send your application.

1. What the program is

A creator is someone who uses Gymyos like anyone else and also shares their own code with their community. Whoever comes with your code gets a discount on their first subscription, and you earn a share of their renewals. Taking part doesn't make you an employee, partner or representative of Gymyos: you do it on your own. You are responsible for your own obligations to the authorities for what you earn.

2. Who can be a creator

• You send an application from your profile with your social networks, roughly how many people follow you, what your content is about and the code you'd like to have.
• Gymyos reviews each application and approves or rejects it. If it's rejected, we tell you why.
• Gymyos collaborators can't be creators, because they already earn a commission for the people they bring.
• The code has 3 to 16 letters or numbers. Gymyos may give you a different one if the one you ask for already exists or isn't suitable.

3. How your code works

• A person can type your code when creating their account, arrive through your link, or choose you later from their profile.
• If they haven't paid for any subscription yet, they count as someone you brought and get a discount on their first subscription.
• If they were already paying, they can choose you to support you, without a discount.
• Each person supports one creator at a time and can switch creators at most once every 30 days. What you already earned with them stays with you.

4. The discount for people who come with your code

Whoever comes with your code gets a discount on their first subscription, only once. Today it's 15%. There's a monthly quota of people with a discount per creator, today 50. If it fills up, your code still works, without the discount, and we let you know. If that person qualifies for a better promotion, whichever suits them best applies; two are never combined.

5. What you earn

• You earn a percentage of each subscription renewal by the people who support you. Today it's 10%, both for people you brought and for those who chose you later. You don't earn from the first payment, which already carries the discount.
• You earn from a maximum number of renewals per person, today 24. That number doesn't start over if the person switches creators. When someone completes it, we let you know.
• The current percentages, discount, quota and number of renewals are shown in your Creator section in the app. The quota and the number of renewals can be different for each creator. If they change, the change applies to future payments.

6. When it reaches your balance

Every payment has a period to cancel it with a refund, which depends on the country. While it runs, what you earned is on hold. When the period closes with no cancellation, refund or chargeback, it moves to your available balance. If the payment is cancelled, refunded or charged back, that earning is voided. Your balance is kept separately for each currency.

7. Withdrawing or using your balance

• Withdraw: enter your CLABE and the account holder's name in your Creator section, and request the withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is currently 200 in your balance's currency. Gymyos pays it to you by transfer and lets you know. If a withdrawal is rejected, we tell you why and the money goes back to your balance.
• Use it for your subscription: if you turn it on, your balance pays your own subscription first, in full or in part. If that payment is cancelled or refunded, the balance comes back.

Your CLABE is stored encrypted.

8. What you see about your supporters

You see their public name and how much you earned from their payments. You don't see their workouts, their body, their email or any other data from their account.

9. Rules

• Don't spam: don't send your code to people who didn't ask for it or post it repeatedly in other people's comments or groups.
• Don't make misleading ads: don't promise results, prices, discounts or features Gymyos doesn't have.
• Don't use your own code or create fake or duplicate accounts to use it.
• Don't buy ads with the Gymyos name or pretend to be Gymyos: you can say you're a Gymyos creator, not that you are Gymyos or speak on its behalf.
• When you earn through your code, tell your community that it's sponsored content or that you get a commission, as the law and each social network's rules require.
• Follow the Gymyos Community rules.

10. Pause, suspension and leaving

• Gymyos may pause your code: it doesn't accept new people, and those who already support you keep adding up.
• Gymyos may remove you from the program if you break these rules or no longer meet what's needed to be a creator. Your code stops working, the people who supported you are free to choose another creator and are notified.
• If you want to leave the program, write to us and we'll close it the same way.
• What you already have in your available balance stays yours, except in case of fraud: if we detect cheating, fake accounts or fraudulent payments, we void the earnings that came from them and may hold your balance while we review it.

11. Changes to or end of the program

Gymyos may change the program's conditions, pause it or end it. We'll let you know in the app. Changes apply to future payments; what you already earned and what's on hold is respected, and you can withdraw your balance even if the program ends. If we change these terms we'll publish the new version with its date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
