GymyosPass revenue sharing rules
← All documentsLast updated: October 25, 2026.
These rules explain how much your gym receives for people who come in with GymyosPass, how it is calculated, when it is paid and what you can do if something doesn't add up. They apply to every gym in the GymyosPass network, together with the Terms for gyms. Amounts that depend on your country, your level or your deal with Gymyos are shown in your panel under «GymyosPass».
1. What GymyosPass means for your gym
GymyosPass is a monthly pass that people pay to Gymyos to enter the network's gyms with the app's QR code. Your gym doesn't charge anything to people who come in with GymyosPass: Gymyos pools what they pay and splits it every month among the gyms according to the entries each one received. Being in the network costs your gym nothing.
2. Joining and leaving the network
- Your gym asks to join from the panel or from gymyos.com. Gymyos reviews the request and, if it accepts it, a 3-month trial period begins. During the trial, Gymyos reviews your entries, your capacity and your claims, and may remove you from the network with notice.
- You can leave the network whenever you want by giving 30 days' notice from the panel. Until that day you keep receiving people with GymyosPass and getting paid for them. We let the people who visited your gym with GymyosPass know.
- Only the gym owner can ask to join, give notice of leaving, and change the details for receiving payments.
3. Levels
- Each branch has a level based on its equipment and facilities. Your Liaison, the Gymyos collaborator who looks after your gym in the network, proposes it after visiting the branch, and Gymyos approves it.
- A branch without an approved level does not receive people with GymyosPass.
- If you disagree with a branch's level, you can ask for a review from the panel.
- Each person can enter branches of their level or simpler ones at no extra cost, up to their pass's entries for the month. To go to a higher-level branch or beyond their entries, they use credits. For your gym, the entry counts the same either way.
4. What you control at each branch
The owner or the manager of each branch decides in the panel:
- Whether the branch receives GymyosPass.
- The capacity: how many people with GymyosPass can be inside at the same time. If your agreement with Gymyos sets a minimum capacity, you can't go below it. Your members always get in: the capacity only limits people with GymyosPass.
- The hours when you don't receive GymyosPass.
Each person can enter your gym with GymyosPass only once a day. A refused entry, whether because of capacity, hours or any other reason, does not count toward the split. An entry the front desk undoes doesn't count either.
5. The monthly pool
Everything runs by calendar month, from the 1st to the last day, in the country's time. A month's pool is everything Gymyos collected that month for GymyosPass in your country:
- Every paid month of every pass. The first month of someone who buys mid-month counts for what they paid, which is proportional to the days left.
- Single credits people bought that month.
A cancelled or refunded payment does not go into the pool. Each country has its own pool, in its own currency.
6. How it is split
- The accepted GymyosPass entries each gym had in the month are counted. An entry at a higher-level branch weighs more than one at a simpler branch, according to the weight Gymyos sets for each level, which is the same for all gyms.
- The pool is split among the gyms in proportion to their weighted entries. That is your gym's share.
- Gymyos's part is deducted from that share. It is a percentage that depends on your deal with Gymyos and is shown in the panel. If it changes, the change applies from the 1st of the following month.
- Each entry pays you at least the minimum for its level in your country. If what you get from the split is less than the sum of those minimums, you receive the minimums. Gymyos covers the difference.
- If Gymyos gave your gym a startup bonus, until the date stated in the bonus you receive at least that amount each month, even if you have few or no entries.
- You receive the highest of three amounts: your share of the split after Gymyos's part, the sum of your minimums, or your startup bonus.
- What your Liaison earns comes out of Gymyos's part, never out of yours.
During the month, the panel shows how many entries you have and an estimate of what you would receive. The final amount is known only at closing, because it depends on what is collected and on the entries of all gyms in the country.
7. Closing and claims
- On the 1st of each month the previous month is closed and we notify you in the panel with your report: entries by level, your share, Gymyos's part, your minimums, your bonus if you have one, and what you will receive.
- You have 5 days after closing to file a claim if something doesn't add up. The owner files it from the panel; your Liaison receives it and gathers the information, and Gymyos decides.
- If Gymyos accepts your claim, it adjusts your payment and lets you know. If it doesn't, it also lets you know and tells you why.
- After the 5 days, if there are no undecided claims, the closing is approved automatically. If there are open claims, it is approved once Gymyos decides them.
8. When and how you are paid
- Gymyos pays you by bank transfer to the CLABE account you registered in the panel, within the first 10 days of the closing month, once approved.
- For each payment, issue your invoice to Gymyos for the amount you are owed and enter its number in the panel. Without that number we can't send the transfer.
- When the transfer is made, we notify you with the amount and the reference. Each payment records the last 4 digits of the CLABE it was sent to.
- Taxes on what you receive are your gym's responsibility.
9. Your CLABE
- Your gym's CLABE is stored encrypted.
- Only the owner can change it, and must enter their password to do so.
- Every change is logged, and we notify the gym's owners and Gymyos by email and in the panel, with the last 4 digits of the old and new CLABE. If you don't recognize a change, write to us immediately at [email protected].
- Gymyos pays to the CLABE registered at the time of the transfer. Keep it up to date.
10. Limits that protect the pool
So that the pool is enough, each pass has a number of entries per month and credits have an accumulation cap. That way no one can use the pass without limit. If even so the minimums of all gyms cost more than the pool, Gymyos covers the difference and nothing is deducted from any gym.
11. Changes to these rules
Your country's minimums per level, Gymyos's part and your startup bonus, if you have one, are shown in the panel. If Gymyos's part changes, it applies from the following month. If we change these rules, we will publish the new version with its date and let you know in the panel.
