Promotions, gifts and referral rewards

These are the rules for Gymyos discounts and gifts: promotions, personal offers, creator codes, gifted subscriptions and referral rewards.

1. Promotions

• Each promotion states its discount (a percentage, an amount or a final price), which subscription and country it's for, who it's for (everyone, people who have never paid, or people who had a subscription and don't now) and until when it runs or how many people can use it.
• It applies to one payment of that subscription, once per person. The next renewal is at the regular price, unless it also has a promotion.
• It doesn't apply to what each gym sells at its front desk.

2. Personal offers

Sometimes Gymyos offers a person a subscription at a special price, with a deadline. They're only offered to people who agreed to receive commercial communications. They apply to one online payment, once. A new offer replaces the previous one.

3. Never two discounts

Only one discount applies to a payment, even if you have several (personal offer, promotion, creator code or your collaborator's discount). They don't add up. Duo Mode is already a discount and can't be combined with any of them.

4. Creator code

If you come to Gymyos with a creator's code, you get a discount on your first subscription, as the code states. You can't use your own code.

5. Gifted subscriptions

• Someone can gift you one or two periods of a subscription with a code.
• The code must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase.
• A gift can't be exchanged for money or refunded once redeemed.

6. Referral reward

If you invite someone with your link and they pay their first subscription, you get free days once that first payment's cancellation window has passed. If that payment is cancelled, there's no reward. Collaborators don't get this reward, since they already earn a commission.

7. Promotion notifications

We only tell you about promotions if you agreed to receive commercial communications. You can stop them from your profile.

8. Cheating

We may cancel discounts, codes, gifts or rewards obtained with fake or duplicate accounts, false data or by reselling them. Gymyos may change or end a promotion at any time, but what you already paid at a discount is honored.
