Duo Mode terms

Duo Mode is a subscription for two people with a single payment. You accept these rules when you invite someone or join a Duo.

1. How it works

• One person pays for the Duo and invites the other with their link.
• Both have the same subscription while the payment is active.
• It's always two people, never more.

2. Each person keeps their own

Each person has their own account and their own data. They only share the payment. Neither sees the other's workouts, body or anything else, except the progress the other chooses to show. If you want to challenge each other, use challenges between friends.

3. Price and discounts

The Duo price is shown before you pay. The Duo is already a discount: it can't be combined with promotions, personal offers or other discounts.

4. Changing partners

The payer can change partners, but only every certain number of days, counted from when the previous partner joined. The app tells you when you can.

5. If someone leaves or payment stops

• Either person can leave the Duo at any time and keeps their account and data.
• If the payer stops paying, both move to Free when the paid period ends.
• If the person who joined leaves, they move to Free or to whatever subscription they have on their own.

6. Cancellation and renewal

The Duo follows the same renewal, cancellation and refund rules as any subscription. Cancellation and refunds belong to the person who paid.

7. Fair use

The Duo is for two real people. We may end a Duo used to resell access or with fake accounts.
