GymyosPass terms

GymyosPass is a monthly pass to enter the gyms in the Gymyos network. You accept these rules when you buy it.

1. Where it works

Only in the countries and network gyms where GymyosPass is turned on. Each branch has a level based on its equipment and facilities, and the app shows you which ones you can use.

2. By calendar month

• The pass runs from the 1st to the last day of each month, in your country's time zone.
• If you buy it mid-month, you pay only for the remaining days, and your check-in limit and credits for that month come in the same proportion.

3. Check-ins and credits

• Entering a branch of your level or a lower one costs nothing as long as you haven't reached your monthly check-in limit.
• A higher-level branch, or going over your limit, is paid with credits of that level.
• Each month you receive your pass's credits, which accumulate up to a maximum of 3 months. Credits you buy separately always add up.
• Credits are lost if the pass ends.
• You can enter each gym once a day.

4. How you check in

You check in with the app's QR code at the front desk. The gym sees your name, your profile photo and the check-in time, as stated in the GymyosPass notice you accept when you buy it.

5. Each gym's rules

Each gym sets its own hours, rules and capacity for GymyosPass. There may be hours without GymyosPass, and if capacity is full you can't be let in; in that case the check-in isn't counted and no credit is spent. Follow the gym's rules: it may refuse entry or ask you to leave if you don't.

6. Your app subscription

Each pass includes an app subscription. While it lasts, it replaces the one you have; what you already paid for is kept with its days and comes back when the pass ends, so you're not charged twice.

7. Renewal and end

• With a saved card, the pass is charged automatically 2 days before the month ends. Without a card, we notify you so you can pay.
• If you don't pay, the pass ends on the last day of the month and you go back to your previous subscription or to Free.
• Cancellation and refunds follow the Cancellation and refunds rules; check-ins and credits already used aren't refunded.

8. If a gym leaves the network

A gym gives 30 days' notice before leaving and accepts GymyosPass until that day. Gymyos doesn't guarantee that any particular gym stays in the network.

9. Personal use

The pass and its QR code are yours only. Lending them or sharing your account may end your pass without a refund.
